I set my language setting English, and my mode "Skype me" mode.
You should try that.

I didn't speak to a native English speaker yesterday. However,
I think there are many people who want to speak English
and are not native English speakers.
I also want to speak English to whoever, unless he/she
is very rude.

It seems that there are some communuties about learning Language,
but I don't try it yet.

Please let us know if you have a contact to foreign people.
