1042. At a clinic

------------------------------

Hi, everyone. This is Hamako.
It's getting colder. Don't you have a cold?

This is a short story about my younger son.
Can you listen to me?

□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■

He is in the second grade.
(His brother is in fourth grade. His sister is one year old.)

Last Friday, he cut his face, above his left eyebrow, at the corner of the school desk.

He got two needles for anesthesia.(麻酔)
And two stitches.

Recently, he also cut his head at near our house.
He took three stiches.
We told him that you must be more careful.
He promised us he will be.

Then ten days after, he cut his face...

This Tuesday, I took him to the doctor to clean the wound place.

The doctor said, "your wound seems well.
I'll take out the stitches next Friday."

My younger son kept his head down for a while.

The doctor, the nurse, I (and his sister) got a little worried,
We started to ask him, "are you OK?"

But just in time, he looked up and stared at us.

Can you guess what he told us?

"What will you do,
if my nose is ripped up from in the middle, the next time?"

He told us this with a veeeeery pleasant smile.

Naaah.

He will never learn...

But we couldn't help laughing with him, his thoughts, his face!

He is my son, our sweet nature.
He will be OK.
Whatever will be, will be.

Thank you for listen to my story.

Bye!

Hi, Hamako. Cheeks again.
It seems like a lot of people are catching a cold but I'm an exception. I guess Yoga works....

Anyway, your son's story made me laugh as well. It is a really cute story.

My lovely daughter is the same age as your son.
How would we call them "cheeky8" ?

I can see his cheeky cute face from your story. He must be an adorable boy.
I'm afraid my daughter is in the same grade but her psychological age is much older and her critical mind freaks me out sometimes.
I think it is really fortunate for your son that he got you as his mum, loving and understanding, for he can stay as a cute and healthy kid.
Well, I can say my daughter is quite healthy as well, in spite of her cheekiness. Let's hope that more kids can lead as healthy and happy childhood.

He is a shy and quiet boy when he out of a familiar situation.
At school, at his soccer club.
