Bats eat many many insects while they are flying at night.
If they don't eat them, maybe we are bitten by mosquitos more and more. Maybe moths eat our crops and clothes more. Bats are keeping balance between insects and the other lives.
That's why bats are important for ecosystem in day and night times.
