「Sad book」is illustrated by Quentin Blake. Right?
I like his picture books a lot.
His illustrations are always really enjoyable and colorful.
But this one is soooo different.

Reacently, I said good-bye to one of my loving ones, so I don't feel like reading this book now.
But time makes me heal little by little.
I hope someday I can read this book again.
I do recommend this book and Quentin Blake's books, too.

I have my favourite pictures on the 'SAD BOOK'.

I like a picture on first page.(smiling face)
I like a picture, that is 'crying in shower'.
I like pictures, that are 'his son's happy pictures'.

This book has very big SAD,
but I like those pictures.

Other pictures are dark and some picture are hopeless( I feel).

It is hard for me to look at these pictures,
But it is necessary for me, when I am reading that book, I feel.

I have complex feeling about this book.
I can not explain my feeling well.

But the 'SAD BOOK' is very important for me.
I have read the book three times.
And I holp I will read this book many time from now on.

"This is very simple title" I thought.
I read it at there.

My heart sank.
Banana-san's idea is right.
