Jimmy was Drug dealer to Natalie.
Jimmy was Pimp of Natalie.

Lenny would remember the killing of John G.
He remembered the 'Sammy'.

Lenny did not change his thoughts after killing John G.(and believing he was the real John G.) Therefore, if he can't remember a significant event like this- Sammy is real.

If Sammy is really Lenny, then killing Jonh G will make Sammy get resolution in Lenny's mind.-but Sammy does not get resolution. Therefore Sammy is real, and Lenny's wife was dead because of the rape.

'Lenny's Teddy' knows where Nagalie's 'Jimmy' was killed. Therefore Natalie's 'Teddy' is Lenny's 'Teddy. However, Natalie may not know this-the audience does.

Natalie envied Lenny's love.
Jimmy and Natalie's relationship wasn't good.
